Is Crownsavers Office Closed?

We have decided to close the Crownsavers office to members to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will be serving members as normal.

Can I Still Call Crownsavers?

You can still call Crownsavers between the usual times – 10.00am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You can call us via our usual number 02086982996

You can also contact us via email – membersupport@crownsavers.co.uk which will be answered during office times.

 

How Do I Check My Balance And Make Transfers

 You can login to your account via the website or via our mobile app and view your balance and make transfers.

Can I Still Apply For A Loan?

Yes, you can apply for a loan via our website or from your online and mobile banking account. You will need to submit your evidence the usual way.

 

Do I Need To Still Pay My Existing Loan?

Yes, you must pay your loan as you usually do, if you do not your credit history may be adversely effected.

However, we understand that the coronavirus pandemic is causing financial stress for millions as such if you feel you will struggle with your repayments, then you can contact us to discuss how we can help.

 

Are There Any Emergency Loans?

Yes, to help members through these difficult times we have suspended the pre-requisites to apply for the Standard Loan, and you can top up your loan as many times you can up to the maximum of £10,000 or total savings.
