Considering the continued spread of Coronavirus, and the second lockdown by Government, we have taken the decision to remain open, to ensure we can continue to deliver our services to you at this crucial time of the year.
Importantly, apart from visiting the office, you can access your account in the same way.

We are conscious that many of our members will struggle financially due the effects of Coronavirus.
Loans – Our Christmas Loan promotion is open and you can pop in to collect and complete a application form, or you can continue to apply online and use our E-signing service to sign your agreements, please do not forget to upload your evidence for the loan this will help speed the decision.
All other loan product can still be applied for if necessary.
We also want to remind our members to stay safe from fraudsters who are using the coronavirus outbreak to scam people. Remember, if something doesn't seem right, always stop and think before you act.
We will continue to take guidance from the UK Government and NHS England and keep you updated on any further changes.
